A chest strap is required — most wrist HR monitors don't expose RR intervals via Bluetooth.

Measurement duration

Measure first thing in the morning, sitting still. Longer = more accurate; 3 min is a good balance for daily tracking.

Sit still, breathe naturally. Don't talk or look at your phone.
Results are most accurate when you're relaxed.
